Late
Arrivals: |

We regret that a
late arrival may not receive an extension of the
scheduled service time resulting in a shortened service.
However, the client will be responsible for the full service
fee. |

Reservations: |
|
|
Spa services are
available on a daily basis. However, we recommend calling as
far in advance as possible to ensure that appointment times
are available. A credit card or gift certificate number may be
required for reservations of some Spa Services and "will" be required for "all" Spa Packages. |

|
Spa
Information: |
|
|
We suggest that
you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. A spa robe and
slippers are available with Package Services or multiple
services as needed.. |
|
|
Jewelry: |
|
|
We suggest that
you not bring your valuables to the Spa. We "are not" responsible for
the loss or damage of your jewelry or valuables. |
|
|
Guest
Cancellation: |
|
|
We request the
courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation call. If we do not receive
at least an 4 hour notice, a 60% fee "will" be charged. Gift
Certificates "will" be reduced to half value. NO-SHOWS
"will" be
charged a 100% fee. If you will be late please call and
inform us. |

Cell
Phones and Pagers: |

|
Cell phone use is
not permitted during Spa Services. Our front desk staff will
assist you with any messages or calls during your visit. |
|
|
Children
10 and under: |
|
|
10 years is the
minimum age for Spa Services. Children under 10 are not
permitted in the service areas or treatment rooms without
prior arrangements being made with the Spa. Please
arrange for child care prior to your visit. |

Note:
Hair services are "NOT" honored on Gift Certificates or
Packages. |
